The short version
- Antelier uses cookies and browser storage to sign you in, keep your place and remember your choices.
- None of them are for advertising or cross-site tracking. We load no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
- Page visit counts use no cookies or storage. Optional usage measurement is off until you allow it.
Cookies on the hosted site
All are first-party and marked Secure and HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read them.

These cookies are needed for the features you ask for, so there is no setting to turn them off inside Antelier. Blocking them in your browser stops sign-in from working.

Published world pages
Pages of published worlds at antelier.co/w/ keep these in your browser. Saves are never sent to us. A room's keys are sent only to that room, when you return to it or manage it. The world itself runs in a sandboxed frame with no storage of its own and asks the page for its saves. The embed version of a page keeps no saves.

Desktop app
The desktop app's browser editor runs on your own computer at http://127.0.0.1. It sets one cookie, antelier_studio (up to 30 days, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, only for the local Studio), and uses the same browser storage keys as above for its local address. These stay on your computer. The desktop app's project data lives in %LOCALAPPDATA%\AntelierCreatorPreview\data; see the Privacy Notice.
Measurement choice
If you make a measurement choice, antelier-metrics-choice remembers it. If you allow measurement, antelier-metrics-session holds a random tab identifier. Turning measurement off removes that identifier and stops new events. Earlier server records follow the retention periods in the Privacy Notice. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep measurement off.
Cache is not a backup
Your browser caches app files and images to load faster. Clearing cached files differs from clearing cookies and site data. Clearing site data can remove access keys, resume links and unsaved previews. Before clearing it, download editable projects and keep your recovery file. A recovery file is an access key, not a copy of your projects.
Clearing browser storage does not delete hosted projects, desktop app data, your AI provider's records, or anyone else's copy. Use the product controls or email hello@antelier.co.
Changes
We update this notice when we add or remove a cookie or storage key.
