Acceptable Use Policy

Version . What changed: section 2 adds the rule against building a competing product or scraping (Terms, section 11); section 5 lists what a removal request must include; section 8 points to the Report button on each world page. Earlier version: September 24, 2026. Part of the Terms of Service; words such as "Workspace," "AI Provider" and "Output" have the meanings given there.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everything you do with Antelier: the hosted service, the desktop app, what you ask an AI Provider to make through Antelier, and what you publish or share. It applies to your content and to Output you keep.

2. General rules

Do not use Antelier to:

  1. break any law, or help someone else break one;
  2. infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, trade secrets, publicity or privacy rights, including by importing assets you have no license for or publishing them with remixing on;
  3. harass, threaten, bully, defame or incite violence against anyone, or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
  4. impersonate a person or organization, or mislead people about who made something;
  5. collect or publish someone's personal information without a lawful basis, or put other people's secrets or credentials into prompts or projects without authority;
  6. access another person's Workspace, project or computer without permission;
  7. create, test or spread malware, or attack, probe or overload systems you are not authorized to test;
  8. bypass Antelier's security, access controls, usage limits or cost limits, or share Access Credentials;
  9. send spam or bulk messages through the Service;
  10. build, train or improve a competing product or service with the Service or Antelier's materials, copy Antelier's features or materials for that purpose, or scrape or bulk-extract the Service (Terms, section 11; the worlds you make are never a competing use);
  11. make decisions about people's credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, health care or legal rights.

3. AI rules

  1. Do not use Antelier to generate content that your AI Provider's usage policy prohibits. For Anthropic, that is the Anthropic Usage Policy, which applies in addition to this policy.
  2. Do not try to make an AI Provider produce instructions for weapons capable of mass casualties, attacks on critical infrastructure, or other seriously harmful content, or to evade its safety measures.
  3. Do not build experiences designed to push people toward self-harm, suicide or crime.
  4. Do not present AI Output as human-made when that would mislead people in a way that matters, such as in news, reviews, evidence or academic work.
  5. Do not use Antelier to build a dataset for training AI models from Output or from others' content, unless the relevant terms allow it. Your AI Provider may prohibit using its Output to build competing models.

4. Minors and sexual content

  1. Never create, upload, request or share child sexual abuse material, or any sexual or sexualized content involving a minor, real or fictional. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as the law requires and cooperate with law enforcement.
  2. During early access, Antelier is for adults. Do not create a Workspace for a minor, collect children's personal information through a project, or publish an experience directed at children.
  3. Do not publish sexually explicit content through the hosted service during early access.

5. Real people, intimate images and deepfakes

  1. Do not upload, generate or share intimate images of a real person without that person's consent, and do not threaten to.
  2. Do not create realistic images, audio or video of a real person that falsely show them saying or doing something, when it could deceive or harm them.
  3. Removal requests. Anyone shown in an intimate image shared through Antelier without consent, or their authorized representative, can email hello@antelier.co with the subject "Removal request." The request must include:
    • your physical or electronic signature;
    • which image it is and where it is on Antelier, such as the world's link, so we can find it;
    • a brief statement that you believe in good faith the image was shared without the consent of the person shown, with any information that helps us decide;
    • how to contact you, such as your email address.
    We remove the image in a valid request, and known identical copies, within 48 hours.

6. Third-party terms you must also follow

7. Security research

Good-faith security research is welcome. Test only your own Workspace and projects, do not access others' data, do not degrade the Service, and report findings to hello@antelier.co before disclosing them. We will not pursue legal action against research that follows these rules.

8. Reporting

Report content, abuse or security concerns with the Report button on a world's page, through Help & feedback in the product, or at hello@antelier.co. Tell us which Publication or project is involved and what the problem is. Requests to remove intimate images follow section 5. Copyright complaints follow the Copyright and IP Complaints Policy.

9. Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may remove content, withdraw a Publication, limit features, or suspend or end your Workspace, depending on how serious and repeated the problem is. We will tell you what we did and why, unless the law or safety prevents it, and you can ask for a review at hello@antelier.co. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.

This policy does not prohibit lawful independent development that does not use Antelier's materials, lawful interoperability, honest reviews or comparisons, or security reports made in good faith.
